WELCOME TO SUMMER!!!!!!! Mrs. Campbell and I really enjoyed visiting you last Tuesday at your homes. We are so sorry that not all of you were able to visit with us on that day. It is sad for me to say goodbye to you. Both classes were great this year and I will miss you terribly. It was very unfortunate, in my opinion, that our year was cut short. There were many learning experiences I still intended to share with you. So now you must move on in your education. You are certainly welcome to keep doing IXL, Brainpop, and CommonLit as much as you would like!! Information was sent to your parents about using an optional website called I-Ready during the summer months as well. Keep reading!! There are so many great books out there just like Tuck Everlasting and The Invention of Hugo Cabret. I really loved sharing those books together. I enjoyed teaching each and every one of you. I hope you will look back and have pleasant memories of fifth grade. I wish you the best. Keep working hard and have a great summer. I would still love to hear from you. Just email me at [email protected]. Goodbye Pop Stars! I love you all. Mrs. Poppenheimer
